To start with, I ordered the Lime and Dill Shrimp as an appetizer. I am a fan of all three ingredients and so I thought this was stellar.
For soup, I chose the Sweet Yellow Corn and Chili Bisque. This was a dish that I enjoyed, but I thought it could have used more Jalapeno flavor in the soup. The peppers themselves were quite mild.
For my entree, I chose the Cajun Spiced Shrimp and Bacon. I mean, how could you go wrong with two of my favorite foods bacon and shrimp.
For dessert, I chose the Black Forest Cake
Cheryl started with the Stuffed Mushroom Caps. She thought that they were very good, with an interesting blend of flavors.
She then chose the Creme of Broccoli soup which she liked
She chose the Carved Whole-Roasted Pork Loin for the entree.
She thought it very well prepared and she is a fan of both asparagus and sweet potatoes. The asparagus was still slightly crisp and she prefers it that way. She chose the Creme Caramel for her dessert:
