Day 6 was Costa Maya, we had a quick lunch in the Garden Cafe for breakfast, and we ate lunch on shore. The dinner menus can be found here:
We failed to take pictures of the food on this day. I ordered the Coconut Shrimp with Orange Marmalade as an appetizer, and the shrimp was good, but I didn’t the marmalade added anything to the dish. I also had a Ceasar Salad, which was the same as the previous time, not quite enough dressing and the crouton thing seemed to be more decoration than anything. For my main course, I chose the Grilled Lemon Pepper Tilapia. It came with Cajun Roasted Potatoes and Creamed Leek. The fish and the potatoes were excellent, I wasn’t a fan of the Creamed Leek. For dessert, I had the Mexican Chocolate Cake and I really like chocolate, so it was the perfect finish to my meal
Cheryl ordered the Creamed Asparagus Soup which she liked. She had the Pecan Crusted Turkey Medallions, and it came with Kale which she loves, so that was a winner in her eyes. For dessert, she chose the Lemon Creme Cake and thought it very tasty, especially since it was sugar-free.
